CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure fairness to all clients and allow for proper scheduling, we require a 12 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to pay %50 of the service price. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 12 hours' notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but the cancellation fee may still apply. No-shows will be charged the full service price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
